Default Code 65 oxygen sensor heater (secondary)

OK peeps i gotta question , what does this mean "Code 65 oxygen sensor heater (secondary)"? I know that code 63 is also the secondary oxygen sensor (high voltage, no voltage, or etc) but I just cannot seem to figure out wat code 65 means? i changed a new oxygen sensor straight from honda into the second oxygen sensor and still the same thing.... 97 honda civic DX SOHC.

did you reset the ecu to clear the codes? take the ground off your battery for like 30 seconds, then put it back on. it will clear the ecu, and there shouldnt be any codes showing up.
