Need some help on wiring up b16...pressure switch and knock sensor
It seems on my si harness theres already wires pluged in to b5 and b19...Do I pull those wires out and replace them with the pressure switch and knock sensor wires or do I splice in to b5 and b19 wires with pressure switch and knock sensor?
you can do either or,,,i usually just pull them and repin them to give it the "cleaner" look...But you can just cut them,then splice,solder and tape if you want..
Well on OBD-0 B5 is the Alternator and B-19 is the Electrical Load Detector, so I don't know what wires you'd go about moving around.

so just eliminate the current(si ecu) b5 and b19 wires? cut B5 off and tape it off and forget about it? I know I do that with b19 since the pr3/b16a doesnt use a ELD? Solder my pressure switch and knock sensor up to to b5 and b19 to the pins(cut wirefrom ecu)?

You have it correct,,,,at the ecu clips simply cut B5 then leave the wire hanging and splice the new wire for the vtec pressure there..Then cut B19 and leave that wire hanging and splice the new wire for the knock sensor there...
For the obd0 pw0 and pr3 ecu the pinout for B19 says knock sensor and the pinout for B5 says vtec pressure switch..the original ecu pinout doesnt really matter anymore
