Do these corner lights only light up in the front part or do they fully light up? is the side just a reflector?

mine look just like that, but mine hold both bulbs. maybe they don't know what they are talking about.

 

They only light up the bit where the bulb is. Not the side reflector. I have the factory clear ones in my Civic

 

the factory ones have a bulb in the corner(turn) and a bulb in the side(marker)

since the link you posted says one bulb
I would have to say one bulb

I put JDM blk on mine, they have 2 bulbs as well

 

lol i know that the factory ones have 2 bulbs and the one in the link has 1 (if you bothered to look) my only question was if the 1 bulb would light up the whole lense...but thanks to "keeweelogger" for answering my question.
