Default Tweeter enclosure for a 97 civic

I went to the honda dealer and I asked for the tweeter enclosures that come with the 2dr civics, the ones that go where the side view mirror is located. I have a four door and the guy there said they wouldn't fit because of the door. I have looked at coupe and sedans before, but is the door really shaped differently? I thought they(sedan doors) were only longer than the coupe doors. Does anyone have them on a 4dr civic. I just don't want to cut holes in the door panels because it looks like there is no room for them do go correctly.

Thanks in advance

It's easy.

Take off your sail panels.
Mount your aftermarket tweeter with a surface mount cup.
Drill a hole for the wires to pass through.
Get some Bondo and start molding the tweeter cup to the sail panel.
Paint.
