I have a JDM header and Bought the New Carsounds Cat that fits the JDM header from David at SMSP and installed the header and cat but now the Muffler shop can't find a Flange to fit the Cat. Its a 2.5 cat with 3 bolts, they even dug through some of there old used flanges to try to find one that fits but couldn't. Any ideas??? I leave for Carlisle on Friday and if i don't have a solution to the problem by thursday night i will have to take the JDM header and cat back off again and install the Stock header and Piping back on.

 

I know you can order them at a few places, but locally (since I'm assuming you need it soon) you can, well at least I picked it up at a local muffler/car shop. It wasn't a big name place like Auto Zone/Pep Boys/Midas/etc, just a smaller place. They had a big manual with exhausts and what I did was bring in the piping and laid it down on the book and matched up the pipe with the right gasket. Does that make sense? Call around though and they should know what you are talking about.

 

you mean.. the gasket or the flange? i think the flange should connect right up to your stock b-pipe...
