Turbo Prelude Black Smoke

It seems like i've been getting a lot of black smoking coming out of my exhaust. Any ideas on what it might be?

We did a street tune while servion tuning was in vegas. We were going to tune it on the dyno but i had to work early

black smoke is usually fuel. prolly running too rich
