tubing size on d16 turbo mani

what would yall suggest? mild turbo build. i know the theory of smaller tubing faster air, but only until the tubing starts to restrict.

what size would you recommend?

its a d16z6, t3 .42/.48

all these hand crafted ramhorn and top mount manifolds and no one can tell me what sie tubing they used?
