On the driver side of my crx i have a strip seat mount. i was wondering if i could fix this problem by replacing it with another stock seat mount. The way i was planning to do this is to drill out the spot welds on the mounts on both cars, then hit it out with a screw driver and hammer, and weld the replacement in.
Any suggestion please!!!

 

is the hole stipped out? ill tell you what i did for a friend ajust drilled and hole through and put a bolt and a nut on it. worked good for me
