I am running the Nitto NT450's right now. I am not impressed. The treadwear sucks and traction in anything but dry is sketchy at best. I haven't gotten to use them in snow yet, but I can only imagine from their performance in rain that they will suck.

They're both nothing great. You can get better all-seasons for your money.
If you've got 15" wheels, get the Kumho Ecsta ASX, as good as any all-season and a bargain at $50/tire in 195/55-15, $44/tire in 205/50-15, prices from the Tire Rack after rebate.
If you've got 14" wheels, the only really good all-season is the Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS, $74/tire in 195/60-14.
Both of these tires are much, much better than the Falken Ziex ZE-512 or the Nitto NT450.

That depends on which tire you got. Like most brands, Kumho makes some tires that are just terrible - such as the Kumho Ecsta Supra 712 and Ecsta 711 summer tires, and the KH11 all-seasons - and some tires that offer excellent performance and value - such as the Kumho Ecsta MX and Ecsta SPT summer tires, the ASX all-seasons, and the Ecsta V710 and V700 Victoracer track tires. You just need to buy the good ones and avoid the bad ones. The same thing is true of just about every other tire company around. (Okay, maybe not Hoosier.
)
P.S. I bet the tires you got were one of the tires I mention as "terrible" and you've never tried any of the tires I mention as "excellent". Am I right?

Mixing those tires is not a good idea. The Falken Ziex ZE-512 is an all-season tire, and the Nitto Neogen is a summer tire. That means the two ends of your car will behave entirely differently. (In warmer temperatures, the Neogens grip better - can you say UNDERSTEER? - and in colder temperatures, the Falkens grip better - OVERSTEER, BABY!)
It's best not to mix different tires, especially if they have drastically different performance characteristics.

If u really want some good tires and money is not a questions, then u should get the Bridgestone Pontenza G 009 at tirerack.......they are bout $90 depending on which size u want ( i got 205/50/15 on my GSR Blades)........ they well last forever and are all season tires.

The G009 is a really lousy all-season tire. Nowhere near as good as the best all-season tires, like the Kumho Ecsta ASX, Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS, Pirelli PZero Nero M&S, etc. Not surprising, since Bridgestone makes the G009 to be cheap, and they make the RE960AS to perform.

nsxtasy... THANKS FOR THE REBATE LINK!!! I bought my ASX last week, in 205/50/15, and had NO idea there was a rebate!
Initial impressions, The steering response is near immediate, seems sorta sudden to me, it may be partially being used to NO power steering in my azenis civic, where as I have power steering in this integra. Im gonna give them a few days to get broken in, they feel good so far thought!
