anyone replaced a "bulkhead"?
Has anyone replaced this section of a front end called a bulkhead? I'm going to attempt it either way and i could use all the tips or write-ups I can get. Its the frame around the headlights that also holds the bumper, not the t-bar. It's numbers 1 and 4.
