dc5 fly wheel

Im about to put 8lb flywheel on my car i have heard that you loose torque is that tru and if tru how much will i loose and is it worthy

from what mt friend told me cuz he has one the rpms clib quicker and when u shft it goes below vtec i personally wouldnt like that but its up to u
