Rims beyond repair?
After getting new rims I've been wanting to sell my old rims, but their condition is exactly the best. My uncle has a powdercoating business, and I want to see if he can fix them, but Im asking Honda-Tech first.
Are these beyond the repair of a good sandblasting? I'd really like to fix these rims, and sell them. Im tired of them being on my balcony.

It's only 2 rims that are scratched. On one only 3 spokes are scraped, but the one rim has every spoke scraped and some are pretty deep.

I'm sure they could be repaired by a professional wheel refinishing shop, but they may not be worth spending the money to do so ($100-200 per wheel).
that is very repairable, there is no structural damage to the wheel. taker a flat file and whatever sandpaper you need to get a decent finish and those surface marks will be gone. take out the fake hardware and have your uncles sand blast away. he will know to plugs the holes so the powder coat does not get in there and the wheels will look great. full disclosure with the sale and two people win.
