Ok, so i've had this problem with my VTEC for quite some time and nothing seems to work. I've posted about how it will fluctuate in and out of VTEC while driving and sometimes it just wont engage untill extremely late i.e. 7000 rpms.

Some people said it was just oil pressure or something and that theres no way it could possibly go in and out of VTEC, so i bought hondata and was getting it tuned today. $75 dollars later the tuner tells me there nothing he can do because VTEC is all over the board and wont engage at the set point. There was a point where it engaged then partially disengaged until finally fully engaging at 7000 some rpms. i'm at a loss, the last thing to check is the solenoid screen but i have no idea how to do that. any advice? has this ever even happened to anyone?
