rear disc?
Non-Type R and Civic Si brakes are the same. I have full suspension and brakes from a '97 GSR on my car. The rear calipers seized and I replaced them with '99 Civic Si calipers. Same thing.

You should have specified instead of making a blanket statement. Hell of a lot more civics with drums then discs. Either way the difference is not in how they attach to the caliper. It has to do with how they are routed and it's nothing you couldn't easily get around. Trust me, been there.
