i need to change a stud or two. my question is do i have to take the hub off. i've try before to take my hub off and it was unsussesful. is there any other way.

 

you have to take the rotor off its really easy..then just pull the stud through..get one or two washer.then thread the lug nut on..you must have an impact gun to do this as i have never seen anyone do it any other way there might be another way..eventually as you tighten it down enough it will pull through..good luck

 

yea i know i can do it with out power tools. i forgot to mention it's in the rear

 

you arent going to have to do anything you may have to move the brake shoe buts thats about it. its easy when you get in there and do it

 

Remove the hub cap by using a chisel type like tool & a hammer. Try to wedge it between the hub and the cap so it will pop out. Once that is done remove 32mm spindle nut and then the hub will silde right out.
