Default Crankshaft oil seal leak???

I have a oil leak coming from the crankshaft pulley. Its a slow leak and only leaks a drop of oil every couple of hours. Usually after I have driven it. It looks like it could be the oil seal. When changing the oil seal do I need a seal remover tool or does it just come off and when I install a new one do I need a tool to install it? Could anything else be causing this problem such as the oil pump?

The front crank seal is in the oil pump. You should be able to pop it out with a screw driver. It will take some care to get the new one in correctly. You can also remove the pan and then the pump.It will be alot easier the change the seal on the bench.
