Does anyone know who produces the rubber stretch type Tail Gate Fastener to pin down the trunk/hatch??? (not the metal mugen latch type.)

someone on these boards was recently selling a pair in blue.
they are produced by a taiwanese based performance parts manufacture which also produces pedals and shift *****. can't remeber the damn name. it was only three letters if I'm not mistaken. NTS? NST? i don't know....

any help would greatly be appreciated...
