Looking to buy an integra.
I am going to be buying an integra soon and i dont know much about them. Is there anything i should look for or stay away from? I want a 3rd gen, i think 3rd gen is from 94-01 correct?
3rd gens are 94-01. It depends what you want. DON'T get an automatic teg they are slow as molasses.
RS: no A/C until 96+, no ABS, no CC, no sunroof, unpainted mirrors+moldings.B18b- 142hp/126tq. 2529 lbs.
LS: A/C, CC, sunroof, power door locks, b18b 142/126. 2600+ lbs.
SE: LS with 15" wheels, spoiler, leather
GSR: nearly the same as an SE, except b18c1, 170/127, 8k rpm redline, strut bar, slightly larger swaybars.
Type R: too much stuff to list. go ask around in the ITR forum if you are interested.

my thing is checking to see how clean the body is. no rust, minimal dents and dings. working a/c, electrical, running motor and tranny with no major problems.
and from an older post on this forum, miles don't really seem to matter on these integs of ours as long as they're properly maintained. it's good to have all maintenance records on the car if possible.
