what year is your b16? most should depending on the obd series. also you might need to get the itr t/b cable and bracket since i'm not sure if it has a mounting point for the b16 bracket.

Everything will swap over. If it's an OBD2 like a B16A2.

On a side note, you may want to look at having your stock throttle body bored out by someone like Max Bore or King Motorsports and port matching the manifold.

Everything will switch right over. No mods needed at all. I ran a reworked Skunk2 manifold on my old '99 Si and everything bolted right up. If you can get the ITR throttlebody too, that would be key. If not no big deal. I sent mine out to King Motorsports. They did an excellent job. Bead blasted and cleaned it, reset the TPS and sent a new proper sized gasket. The thing looked brand new. This was before Max Bore was around. I heard he does a stellar job as well. Both are priced well for the job you get. Make sure to port match the intake manifold to the new gasket as well. It's all worth it if you are going to run an ITR manifold.

Agreed. I'd see if I could have the TB ported to match the IM. Or just get an ITR TB.

You would have been better off just using a B16A throttle body. Same size and it actually would bolt up and have the right cable wheel, cable and cable bracket on it and not have that bracket on the throttle body itself which makes the cable hit the hood when you switch to a single style manifold, unless you switched all of that over from a B16A throttle body, which would make even less sense.
