Default what to do next? for low/mid range power

Alright i have a h23, with i/h/e/hiflow cat, flywheel, stage 2 crower cam, apexi afc2, and im going all motor, but thing is when i got the cams installed i lost low/mid range torque , and well i miss it, it doesnt accelerate as fast on the highway now, so i was wondering if anybody could think of something i could add to try to gain the lost power, only thing that came to my mind was a port and polish but i doubt that'd help much... any suggestions are welcome.

unfortunately usually when you add some kind of power-addin mod to your car the power is gained high up in the rev range, and power is sacraficed in the low end. you can't have the cake and eat it too, you need to pick what kind of power band you really want and tune the engine to have power in that rev range. better ecu tuning would help, better exhaust tuning/flow would also help, and probably some ignition maintenance too. and when i say "better" i don't mean higher hp modifications, i mean parts that are tuned for more low end power.

he lost power down low because the ecu has no idea what to do with the newly found air.

the ecu is currently confused. a confused ecu doesnt exactly put out the greatest power. There's only so much that a vafc can do.

i don't know what kinda whp i have right now, they tuned it on the street intead of on a dyno this time which pissed me off, and yes i put in crower stage 2 camshafts, and skunk2 cam gears, and my estimate of the whp would be around 160-165? im guessing, it was at 150 before i changed my aem short ram intake to an aem v2, put in a fidanza flywheel, and act clutch, and the cams/cam gears... and yes i was actually considering a hondata but i was told it'd be worthless with the mods i currently have on it unless i add nitrous or turbo... but i'm still debating on getting a s100 ... and btw my header is a 4-2-1, but i've heard dc sports headers are worthless, only add like 2whp

whoever told you that needs to be slapped. And there is no need to be on a dyno to tune a afc besides seeing how the graph looks. all you can do is change fuel.
