need help taking the tail light assembly out

I wanna take out the tail light of my rsx so i can paint em red.. I took all the screws out ( 4 of em) but the light is still not disassembling!. Is there a Tab or something that needs to be pulled??? any help would be appereciated

IIRC, You have to remove the bumper to get the last bolt out. Don't quote me on that though.
