Default State Referee Inspection Required

So I got pulled over yesterday on my way home from work. Was not doin anything, jus cruisin at like 2000 rpms and this dik cop pulls me over. Told me my exhaust sounded like a tin can, made me pop my hood and gave me a tik for modified intake. I didnt bitch at all cuz I had my nitrous bottle in and he was a total idiot cuz he pretty much missed erething he could give me a ticket for. So I look at the ticket and it has a sticker that says state referee inspection required. I have a swap and everything is modifed on my car. It will not pass for **** cuz its chipped, fpr, motor swap from an older motor, etc. Is there any way to get out of it such as pay the ticket, ask for a trial and hope he doesnt come? Or am I pretty much royally fucked and have to go to the referee. If i do, i gunna have to put the old motor back in and prob jus part out the car and get somethin new ***!

You can just pay for the ticket. It could be a hefty fine, but you won't have to ref. My friend did the same thing when they made him ref for his exhaust. He just paid the ticket and that was the end of that.

I hope I can just pay the ticket, but I think i have to go the the state referee. On the ticket, for modified exhaust, it says correctablle. For modified intake its checked no. The sticker on the back says to not drive this car until it goes to the state referee. I really really hope i can just pay the ticket
