Sohc or Dohc???
about last month i put a dz6 in my EF9 jus cuz i had one layin around...in between that day and today iv been lookin up internals for tha block and head and i noticed how much cheaper they are for a sigle cam then a duel cam...but idk iam in love with DOHC VTEC but i wanna work on something new...any1 out therr got any seggestions on what i should do, iam really stuck...thanx

I don't under stand your engrish for one, and two I'm not sure what you are asking. Are you asking if you can put a DOHC head on D series block? Or are you asking if the prices of SOHC is cheaper that DOHC? If you want something new get a K-series.

keep the SOHC i was in the same position. i swapped in a b16 and it was fun for a week. as of rite now i have the b16 and an ls block in my house for a lsvtec set up but im hesitating cuase i always want to go back to sohc. i would keep the d theres nothing wrong with it

i coudnt agree with you any more but he likes the d and with the money saved for a swap and then to turbo that he can have a fully built turbo d that will not be limited to 350-400whp cause of a stock motor but i can see wat your sayin thats why i bought a b.

well iam ****** sry u can understand and iam not a dumbass ofcourse i know u cant put a b series head on a d series....what iam askin is it worth buyin a dohc vtec or should i jus build tha sohc vtec....and i dont have about 7gz to do a pointless k swap...and this aint a ****** skool essay and no1 has to spell like wherr all college grads u dick....thanx 2 every1 eles that gave me a answer worth readin
