and no they are not the OEM optional lip kit like this one...

zeal sounds good to me, and i don't like them. it's like an attempt to make some cool sideskirts was made, they failed, but they still put them into production

Those look like a modified version of the Zeals. Zeal didn't make sides with that flare at the back.
