S2000 CD Player install into 1991 Civic
Few questions here.
I would like to get this to work without hacking the factory plugs off my existing harness in my 1991 Civic. I purchased a CD Player out of a 2003 s2000 because I want to maintain that factory look.
Is there a plug adapter that will allow me to plug in the s2000 deck into my existing harness without hacking things up?
Also. I purchased some Infinity 2-way speakers and want to mount them in my front doors....however the existing "speaker pod" that is currently mounted to the door won't allow these speakers to fit. It's also pretty hacked up and needs replaced.
Would I replace the pod with factory or aftermarket ones? Does anyone know a good source for these "pods?"
THanks guys!!

More specifically, you will need a (Metra Part #'s) 70-1720 harness to plug into the car's wiring. Then, get a 71-1721 harness and wire both plugs toghether, and it'll be plug & play.
You'll connect both harnesses together matching color to color.
Mounting the new radio, however, might be more of a challenge.

Thanks man.
I was thinking that the new radio would slide in just like factory. It's just a single DIN radio right?
