prelude type-s cams wtih H22A cam gears

you cant just slide them out the side! damn.
you are gonna have to take the valve cover off. take offf the cam cover plates. then loosen up the timing belt and loosen up the cam gear bolts if you plan to reuse them(its easiest that way). then pull the belt offf the gears. take off the cam covers and remove some seals and such. now replace with new cams and go in reverse order pretty much . sorry i dont know the exact name for the parts, but i actually know how to do it.
make sure you do it at TDC so its easier to get the timing aligned again.
