I guess this is the right section............

Well lately my car has been acting up. What happens is, when I start to accelerate from a stop light or what not (normal or full throttle) the car just like stops and starts back up again but very fast. Does it 3-5 times usually and jerks the hell out of you. Almost like if when you are learning how to drive a manual tranny (you know how you make the car jerk) but its not in the clutch, its not slipping or anything.

I'm 90% shure its in the electrical/ignition system. I don't think its the map I have because it has done it with 2 different maps. The car has done this before just after I got my ls/vtec in the damn thing, but it went away after a day or so. Its been doing it for like a week now. I think the ignitor is going out. Could that be it?

FYI the set up is a boosted ls/vtec, running crome
