Adjusting Coilovers

when u adjust coilovers n u want to increase ride height, r u suppose to leave one locking perch down n bring the other up or are u suppose to bring them both up?

Loosen the locking one first then move the other collar up to the desired height. Then lock it in place with the bottom locking collar.
