Another tire to look into are the Nitto Neo Gens. They're pretty good tires designed for lowered cars to fight negative camber wear. They're pretty inexpensive too.

Something tells me this post is a joke. Because:
1. I cannot understand why anyone would compare the supersticky Falken Azenis RT-615 with the truly crappy all-season Falken Ziex ZE-512.
2. The crappy Ziex ZE-512 is mentioned in the title, but not in the poll.
3. Yokohama makes a lot of different tires with the Advan name on them, but there's no indication which one is being asked about.
4. The Falken Azenis RT-215 (shown in the picture) was discontinued a long time ago.
5. You don't even mention the current Falken Azenis RT-615, which is the current version of the Falken Azenis (and probably the one that people mean if they're picking "Falken Azenis" in the poll).
If you're seriously looking for tires, tell us what car they're going on (year, model, version), and tell us how much you care about dry traction, wet traction, treadlife, and purchase price. No one tire is going to be best at all of those, so choosing the best tire FOR YOU consists of trying to match the best tire with what YOU are looking for. If it's ONLY dry traction, then get the Falken Azenis RT-615, which looks like this:

So let's see... You ask a question, presumably because you're looking for information. And I point out that the way you ask your question doesn't make a whole lot of sense, so we can't help you until you clarify your question, so that then we can help you - and that means that I'M not a very nice person???

I'll go help someone else.

Advans are not made out of real rubber at all, they're made of actually plastic made to feel and look like rubber, they suck, stay away.
The azenis sports (rt215s) are GREAT in standing water and ice/snow, best winter tires I've ever used.
The ziex512s are THE best tires for canyon racing, many real life street racers in Japan use them in the mountains, so you KNOW they're awesome.
