Ive got a T3/T40B with a .48 a/r exhaust trim. Before I start to order the bends for my exhaust, is 3" ok? Also im using a drag 4-1 log manifold.

I will be upgrading to a ramhorn or equal length down the line and a bigger turbo so the 3" will be needed then. But it seems someone has told me that 3" on a .48 setup is bad.. like some gases will be blown back into the motor or something?

I'm pretty new to this and I may be asking a ridiculously retarded question. But will it be ok to run 3" turbo back on my .48 a/r log setup?

go with a 3" and call it a day or night or what ever you want

 

3" is the minimum on a decent boosted car now...i wish i would have put a 3" on the first time....damn cheap *** college kids
