Back in late 2003, or early 2004, they got bought out by AEM. After the buyout, they went to crap. Don't get me wrong, the DCs were never the top performing header, but their stainless ones were plenty durable.

I remember back when, the first real performance part I EVER bought was a used "cerMamic" (lol) header for a 91' CRX Si. got it for $60 if i remember correctly.
