Default replace cv-halfshaft while replacing clutch ?

hey wsup im going to be replacing my clutch this weekend on my 91 integra b18a manual 5speed and i am wandering does the thing that makes the clicking sound come out too ?

my car has a clicking sound when it turns so its said to be the cv-joint or cv-halfshaft i think.

also anyone knoe the difference in the terminology-

cv-boot-
cv-joint-
cv-halfshaft-
axle-

cv-joint and cv- halfshaft the same thing ?

CV shaft, CV joint, CV Axle, Axle, they're all the same thing, some people (very rarely) call them drive shafts as well.
