Civic Si rim on a 96 Accord?

That's correct; they won't fit. The bolt pattern on the Civic is 4x100, on the Accord is 4x114.3. (The second number is the diameter of the circle formed by the lug nut centers, in millimeters.) So the bolt holes on the Civic wheels won't line up over the studs on the Accord hubs.
