Default need your opinion

alright here it is im about to purchase this 1994 honda civic ex coupe... and the person is looking for 1500 for it..below is whats all included do you guys think this is a good deal?

exterior-black in color no major dents or dings no rust

interior- all stock i believe some needs put back together

suspension-sitting on coilovers and stock wheels

the car has no motor or trans it does come w/ wiring harness, axles, so all i would pretty much need is just a motor and trans...

he is also throwing in a d-series turbo manifold oil lines and a turbo(not sure what yet) and some other 92-95 misc parts...

so what you think about paying 1500 for that? any input appreciated

1500 isn't really bad, but i would try to talk him down some more. see what he will work with. remember you still need to purchase a motor.

1200 sounds reasonable...if the car is just missing the motor thats perfect for a swap...ask him how much he wants if he doesn't throw in the turbo and axles you can prolly get at least a G...good luck bro...

sounds like a pretty sweet deal. unless you truly have intentions of using the turbo definately talk him down to that 1000-1200 range. if its already got the wiring harness and everything else, those engine and tranny combos aren't that expensive so you can have a good looking car and a fresh motor for less than 2500

for a rust and damage free shell, that is a fairly good price. What kind of coilovers are they, is the turbo good or does it need rebuilt? Is it a knock off turbo manifold or name brand? All in all, I'd go ahead and buy it. You can pick up a d series engine and tranny for about 600 or so from a u pull it yard.

Won't regret it, I <3 my coupe. Though I'm not sure which one's funner to drive, coupe or hatch (b/c I've never drove a coupe and hatch with the same engine) O.o. Was starting to hate my coupe until I got it aligned today .
