Default Random Quick Release Steering question

I was looking at getting a quick release set up for my EF. I was looking around on ebay and was unclear if I needed a hub and then the quick release hub also or just the steering wheel and a quick release hub.
Thanks for your help pics would be great.

I would run the NRG short hub, and a NRG quickrelease. Its not as short as just fabbing a new setup of a QR and wheel, and its not mega long like a MOMO hub + QR.

Ok thanks. So I will need a hub and then a quick release on top of that?
