ok.heres my problem...
i have a 99 integra LS thats bone stock...
but...it has 2001 OBD2B wiring with a jumper to obd1 and an obd 1 ecu.
so..i cant get it smogged..because it doesnt read in their systems.
does anybody have an obd2b ecu (2001-up) or a jumper that converts obd2B to obd2A? il buy it or use it and give it back.anything.im low on cash and i need to get my car smogged.
or do you know where i can get one?

What happened to your stock ECU?
If they check your ECU and see an OBD2a jumper harness, they won't pass you and you can't run OBD2b because your stock ECU had immobilizer on it. Finding your stock ECU is your best option.
