I am going to have about $700 dollars back from taxes and I am wanting to spend it on engine mods. I am aware that this amount is not going to get me a whole lot but every little bit helps. What would you guys buy with the money? Cams, intake mainfold.etc... thanks

Skunk2 Stage 2 cams, drop in they don't give you much, but tuned in a good N/A motor (chipped ECU, S2 IM, 2.5" exhaust, etc) it will get good numbers. You can start off with the cams for a decent boost, then tune them up later when you get more money. If you want to do NA, you could also start up with CTR pistons and ITR rods. The IM wouldn't help much, you'll lose your low end cuz you don't have big cams to use the extra air the IM adds. Just to let you know, a good mild NA set up would be, IMO, Skunk2 Stage 2 cams, CTR pistons, ITR rods, valvetrain, Skunk2 IM, full 2.5" exhaust (JDM 4-1 too), and some good fuel tuning. You should see at least 200whp with that set up (I know I am probably missing some things) but yeah...HTH...
