Ingalls Engine Torque Damper Question

I have a 98 hatch with a b18gsr swap, will the Ingalls Engine Torque Damper for the 96-00 civic bolt up with the swap?

I dont think these things are for engines exact. I think its for the chassis's due to positioning. But they should have a FAQ on there website, email them.
