Default things wont fit anymore!!!!

so i just installed a blox intake manifold yesterday, and my aem coldair wont fit anymore, and my skunk 2 strut bar wont either....so my plan was to cut my coldair and make it to a short ram so it can fit....is there any chance to save my strut bar?..or do i have to get rid of it?...also, is it ok just for today to leave it without an intake?....
