hey guys
i know other people have had this problem. When ever it rains hard my car wont start. now it been parked for 5 month but i start it every 2 or 3 weeks.
one day it was raining very hard (my car was parked under a tree) and i wanted to move the car but it wouldn't start.(never did this before) i tried changing the ecu but still no go(i just cranked and almost started but it turned off like a fuel cut or ingintion cut) the next day it stoped raining and i tried to start it and it started right up. (like it never had a problems)
this is my project car so when i swap engines i dont want to have this problem
please help?

go to the stealership and get a new set of plug wires

 

I'm sure hondadude is right and to check to be sure is easy. Get the car running and mist the wires with a spray bottle full of water. Bad wires will show up immediately as you will see plenty of arcing.

if that doesnt fix it check the cap, its probably cracked
