Default AFR question on a H23

Ok i have a bone stock h23 no-vtec with just the basic i/h/e . Ive also got a Innovate LC-1 hooked up. Ive got a feeling somthing isnt right with my fueling system. Its overly rich. Idle its around 12.5-13s. Cruising it is the same. WOT is WAY FAT in the mid-low 10s. I know they run rich but that bad aint no way. Im running stock computer p14 and no check codes. I was thinking maybe the fuel pressue regulator could be the culprit. Any ideas guys?

Could be FPR, what's your fuel pressure? Do you have a gauge or anything?

yea thats a TAD rich.

what is it while holding a load at part throttle cruising? If you are running closed loop, it should be 14.7:1, even if your fuel pressure is a little high.

give us some more details....

well, there are kits out there where you can check your fuel pressure. I'm pretty sure autozone has them

http://www.amazon.com/Actron-C...V2BI2

how old is your o2 sensor? It may help to take it off and clean the tip.

Well i dont understand how the narrowband o2 sensor has anything to do with WOT. From my understanding the ECU totally ignores it in WOT and goes into a set map to control fuel. Thanks for the help ill just try to get a pressure tester and see where its at.

it has nothing to do with WOT, but you are running rich at part throttle as well as WOT. My first instinct would be to check the fuel pressure.....let us know how that goes.

naw im not running those anymore. I couldnt ever get them to act right. The stalling out was killing me plus when i did a compression check with those cams i had 20 psi less in one cylinder then the rest. So i put the Stockers back in and the compression went back even all the way across. Im guessing one of the lobes wasnt in spec like it should have been. to delta id never buy there cams again .
