Default Gsr head on a B16b block HELP HELP HELp

i just swapped my block with a B16b block and it runs with a rough idle

when i hit the rev it at a stand still it boggs then revs up

i am using my chipped p28 that i was running with my old gsr block

i did a compression test and it came out piston1:140 piston2:140 piston3:140 piston4:160

any input appreciated

what was your p28 on? if it was on a 1.8 maybe its dumpin too much fuel in and your ignition kinda fumbles? not 100% on this just a possibility...
