Will 15x7.5 fit an on a eg6??
You might be able to get away with it w/ correct offest, rolling the fenders etc. You might just want to save yourself and go with a 6 or 6.5 in wide wheel, which is much more appropriate for 195/50/15.
195/50-15 is the proper 15" tire size for your car. However, that size is usually NOT approved for mounting on a 15x7.5 wheel. Stick with 15x6 or 15x6.5.
i'm running a 205/40/16 tire on a 16X7 wheel on my eh2 and they almost look streached... i dont think that 195 tire would look good on a 7.5 wide wheel

It depends on the car. On an Integra or '97-00 Civic, yes. On a del sol or CRX or pre-'95 Civic, no.

Thereason why I ask is because I bought some drag DR20 wheels that were supposed to be 15x7 but when I received them they were 15x7.5. The company I bought them from said that there was a mistake and that they only come in 15x7.5 with +38 offset.

Not to mention it would have more rolling resistance and drag, making the car slower in a straight line.
