Default Emissions Pre-Check.

I have a JDM D15B in my 92 CX. It got a DC header and a High FLow cat mated to the RS*R GT II exhaust. will this setup pass emissions or will i have to swap in oem **** just to pass Emissions? BTW my car was bought with a blown motor, No exhaust, and no header whats-so-ever, thats the reason for the question.
