My trunk lock cylinder is stuck: Is this the right part?

My trunk lock cylinder is stuck: Is this the right part?
The lock cylinder for my trunk is frozen (as in the hatch wont open from the outside). Is part #06748-SM4-305 the right part to fix this problem? I'd just like to verify before I buy. Thanks!

I don't know what year you have but when mine did that I replaced the ACTUATOR ASSY. The motor had become week and was unable to operate the latch. I hope this helps.

Oops, sorry. It's a 95 LS. I thought that the hatch was unlatched mechanically? To reitereate the problem, it opens fine from the inside. However, the key doesn't physically turn in the lock outside the car.
