Don't know where you live, but random technology and carsound make an obd2 california compliant high flow cat, which is what i just purchased. 220 with flanges already included, and it feels like i got some increase in hp over stock cat.

I already posted one of your best options above. You're making this more difficult than it really is. SMSP cats are completely bolt-on (open the box and install - even new bolts are included), and they flow very well. Others have posted additional bolt-on options.

will this bolt on to my replica dc 4-2-1 header and 2.5 cat back?
if circumference = pie * diameter
can i use circumference / pie = diameter to find header vs piping size?
