K i got my block back today from a local machine shop.

This what i ended up having

Rod housing 2.0082
main housing 2.1260
rod journal 1.8892
main journal 1.9677

By the way its a h22a

what oil clearance do you think i should run

did some more searching and found some mixed numbers. The motor is going to hit limiter at 9300.

 

did some more searching and found that most people are saying .0015 to .0017 how does that sound or is that to loose

 

What were the other Main and rod bores? And the other crank sizes?

 

all the same size had the matchine shop make them all the same size. Also my old bearings were all pink

 

I believe either your machine shop ruined your crank or they didn't measure everything out. The mains and rods are nitrited! Shaving them down would ruin the coating.
