oem ITR catback on a 5g civic

HELP!!! will OEM ITR catback fit on a 5g civic hatch??????
i was told that these will fit right up same hangers and everything? is this true i came across a deal on this and i need to be rid of the fart can on my hatch anyway. i just wanted to know cause i have never heard of this bolting right up. thanks Dave
