i just finished putting my new gearbox in to my lude today now i have a type S with atts and wanted rid of this cause it has been causing a lot of problems for me so i got a sir S spec gearbox with lsd and put it in now i have a atts light on the dash and the engine check light is on to any ideas how to stop this does the atts have its own ecu or run off the main 1

 

The ATTS has its own ECU. Also if your getting a ATTS light you can change the tranny all you want but your still gonna get the light if the problem is within the ATTS unit. If you want to get rid of the ATTS unit you have to get a base intermediate shaft and make a custum mount for it, you also need a base style tranny.

 

i got rid off the atts tranny have a standard tranny in it , so where do i locate the atts ecu
