Default The best bolt on turbo kit

What is the best bolt on turbo kit to get for my GSR? I have eagle rods, CP 9.0:1 Comp pistons, 440cc injectors, stock fuel rail, AEM FPR. I only want to run about 6-8psi

Yes, Full Race & PeakBoost offer any of their kits with a BB turbo option... What are your HP goals? Budget?

Wow, im happy to see people actually helping. Back in the day, everybody would have been like SEARCH blah blah blah

peakboost gets my vote, but if you really have a big budget, go custom.

With a somewhat built engine, why only 6-8psi of boost? With larger injectors and a better fuel system you can drop some serious hp numbers.

Im gonna agree with the rest, the best kits out there are the fullrace and peakboost kits.

Not just for turbo, for fuel engine management, and the turbo kit. Plus the dyno tuning

edelbrock makes a nice kit with a BB t28. not sure how much the full race/peak boost kits are, but the edlebrock comes with everything(even an IM).

That kits nice, but he'll end up upgrading it. $5,000 should get you done including tuning.....unless you're paying someone to do the install.

Why does it matter to you how much he is willing to spend on everything? that’s what doesn’t make any sense.....

Not everyone wants to boost a ton or make a million HP.... he simply asked for advice on what he could get and what his goals are...

Look man, its just funny, thats all. Why build a motor for high boost, only run 6 psi of boost, and still want to pay waayyyyy more than necessary. If anything I'm trying to slap some sense into him

Build it for high boost and run it on low boost - it will prolly never break and still make close to 300whp. Sounds like a fun daily driver to me.

I think this kid is just being a dick. Doesn't make sense at all what he's asking for... Built minus sleeves but asking for a kit... fucked up.
